How do I sign up?

Do I need to install an app?
No. Quandoo for Restaurants is a web-based app. Its responsive interface lets you easily access the app across various devices including smartphones, tablets, laptops and desktops.
Pricing & Billing
What does the price include?
The price includes three components:
- Monthly subscription: fixed service fee
- Cover fee: fee per guest for reservations via Quandoo’s portal, app & partner network
- Setup: One-time fee to set up the account
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Direct Debit and Credit Cards.
Do I receive a contract when I sign up and subscribe?
To avoid the hassle of paperwork, there is no physical contract to sign. The contract begins as soon as you accept the terms and conditions and subscribe.
What are the payment and invoicing terms?
Once you have successfully subscribed, we’ll send you the invoice at the beginning of the next calendar month.
How can I cancel my subscription?
If you wish to cancel your subscription, please email us at support.nz@quandoo.com and we will manage it for you.

How can I change my billing information after claiming my restaurant?
Please email us at billing.nz@quandoo.com with your new billing details and we’ll change it for you.
Can multiple people from my team access the account?
Multiple people from your team can access the same account simultaneously, using the same credentials.
